Kevin Caccia – Owner/Director of Racquets & Aquatics
Kevin is coming to Asheboro with over 20 years of teaching and directing tennis programs throughout North and South Carolina. Kevin graduated from Methodist College in the Professional Tennis Management program with a double-major in Business Administration and Marketing. While at Methodist he was a 2x team captain, 3x all-conference selection in singles and doubles, and a 4x scholar athlete.
Kevin has spent time in North Carolina as Head Professional at Belmont Farms Racquet and Fitness Club in Rocky Mount, Tennis Professional at Sunset Ridge Racquet and Swim Club in Holly Springs, and Director of Tennis at Highland Country Club in Fayetteville. Most recently he served as the Director of Tennis at Camden Country Club in South Carolina. Kevin’s tennis coaching accomplishments include:
- 8 Jr. Team Tennis and adult league USTA State Champions
- 2007 NC 12u Southern Jr Cup Coach
- 2006 USTA NC Tennis Professional of the Year
- 2007, 2012 USTA NC Jr. Team Tennis Local League Coordinator of the Year
- 2020, 2026 USPTA/RSPA Southern Teaching Pro of the Year

Kevin is certified at the highest level as an Elite Professional by the Racquet Sports Professional Association, USTA Coaching Professional, Safe Sport approved, USTA Sports Science Level 1 Competency, and is a Certified Pool Operator.
Charlotte Smith – Assistant Tennis Pro
Charlotte Smith joins us part-time as our Assistant Tennis Pro! Charlotte plays #1 singles and #1 doubles for Asheboro High School and has trained at Asheboro Racquet and Swim for the past 5 years. She will be responsible for morning court and facility maintenance, assisting clinics and events, Jr. Team Tennis coaching, and pro shop coverage.
Macy Allred – Pool Manager
We are very excited to announce the hire of Macy Allred as our Pool Manager for the 2026 summer season! Macy has 3 years of lifeguarding experience, including 2 at our pool. She’s a graduate of Southwestern Randolph High School. Macy is currently enrolled at Pfeiffer University and studying clinical health and exercise science. She is also on the women’s soccer team and in the honors program.
Macy has her Lifeguard Certification (including deep water), is trained in CPR/AED and First Aid, and a BLS (Basic Life Support) Provider. She also has her CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification.
Along with handling pool operations and staffing, she will be in charge of swim lessons. More information on swim lessons will be emailed and posted in the coming weeks.
